Frequently Asked Questions

1. I can't complete the checkout process. I have finished shopping, so why wont the website let me checkout?
* Please make sure you have at least $200 worth of product in your cart. This is Prima's minimum order amount.
* Make sure all your shipping , billing, and Credit Card information is valid.

2. How come every single product I look at seems to be "Out of Stock"?
By default, the website will show items out of stock unless you are logged in. To log in, please Click on the "Log In" button in the top right of your screen.

3. Why does the website keep on logging me out?
Prima's website will log you out if there is no activity for 10 minutes. However, all the items in your shopping cart will be saved.

4. I have had an online account with Prima for years, but my Log In Password wont work anymore!
Prima recently upgraded to an all new website system. Even if you have had a previous account with Prima, all customers will need to reregister on the new Website.

5. I am logged in but I still can not place a certain item into my cart. Why is this happening?
If an Item is currently out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your cart.
