Requirements

Prima is a WHOLESALE ONLY manufacturer and as such, we sell our products only to licensed retailers and wholesale distributors. To qualify for a Prima account, we require a copy of your current business license and re-sellers permit or other sales tax ID document, showing your scrapbook-related business name and address of your storefront. If you are an on-line or other e-commerce type of business, we also require that you provide us with your active dedicated web-site address, which MUST include a shopping cart. Sorry, we cannot open accounts for owners of only e-Bay or Etsy stores since the main URL is not dedicated to the licensed individual.

Prima welcomes accounts from Professional Crafters and Educators meeting the following qualifying criteria:

-Conducts a minimum of 2 classes monthly @ retail-store level

-Conducts a minimum of 2 classes annually @ convention level

-Maintains an established weekly updated website and / or blog

-Provides three trade references with other manufacturers / suppliers

-Provides a current Business license and Federal EIN number

-Provides a valid re-sale or other sales tax ID issued by your state (if applicable)
