Shabby Chic Ornaments

“Today is all about Ornaments on the Prima blog. I created a couple of heart-shape ornaments, silver bells and a Victorian adornment. I created moulded embellishments from various Redesign decor moulds and added these to the heart-shape pieces. I made them all shabby chic achieving this look with amazing Redesign chalk pastes, Memory Hardware Artisan powders and some Finnabair paints and waxes.” – Tanya

Cookie Cutter Ornaments

“These cute ornaments are so easy to make! I rolled out some Modeling Material with a rolling pin and cut into it with a cookie cutter. Next I took a variety of stamps and stamped into each ornament. The Modeling Material is great for this because it isn’t sticky, so you can get a clean image. I let the ornaments dry for at least 24 hours. Then I painted them with Sparks Acrylic Paint. On top of that I took a paintbrush and painted Finnabair’s new Effect pastes onto each ornament. I used Sugar Cookie Christmas Tinsel Trim to add a hanger to each ornament and then topped them off with a gorgeous Prima flower!” -Shannon
