Favorite 2022 Prima Collection

The end of the year is approaching fast. Thanksgiving and Christmas are right around the corner and soon we will be bringing you all new collections in 2023. But before we wrap up this year we wanted to see what your favorite Prima collection was this year.

Did you love our holiday-inspired collections, Candy Cane Lane and Luna? Or did the summer vibes of Strawberry Milkshake, Peach Tea, or Painted Florals call to you? Were you just as in love as us with the softer feel of Miel or the homey ambiance of Farm Sweet Farm? What about the bold Majestic and gorgeous Indigo collection? And before we forget, our two newest collections, Magnolia Rouge and Aquarelle Dreams.

Eleven beautiful collections so far this year and they all are amazing it is so hard to choose a favorite. BUT if I had to choose I think Aquarelle Dreams has my vote.

“My favourite 2022 Prima collection is Indigo designed by Frank Garcia. I love the beautiful pastel colours, the stunning patterns, and the gorgeous imagery.

Aquarelle Dreams is definitely my favorite collection this year. Beautiful colors, lots of wonderful accessories and these flowers! It is also a very versatile collection, you can create pastel, delicate designs as well as more expressive, with strong colors. Here I combined these beautiful papers with strong purple and gold – a perfect duo!

“I have a mixed-media layout to share with you. I have used the AQUARELLE DREAMS collection to create this. This collection is so pretty, I adore the beautiful floral patterns, the dragonflies, and the hummingbirds. I was in awe when saw the collection, the flowers are just amazing, especially the vines. The collection comes with journaling cards and acetate elements which just adds beauty to your project.

I layered two different papers to create the base for the layout.

Then I used a memory hardware frame and added a Journaling card as the background for it. I then adhered it to the center of the layout and layered flowers, ephemera, and moulds.

I created dimensional embellishments by layering a mould dragonfly and the acetate dragonfly.

I also created two small compositions on the opposite corners of the page. To finish it, I added pearls, glitters, sequins, and art stones.” -Veena
