Discover Dulce by Frank Garcia, a collection inspired by the celebration of everything sweet, fun, and pretty! Mixing beautiful flowers with carnival adorable-ness Dulce will inspire you to create something pretty with its unique confetti foil and adorable embellishments!

Dulce should be arriving in stores in a week or two!

Papers

Pastel-perfect colors, sweet illustrations, and a sturdy weight, our double-sided papers come in a variety of sizes, including an 8″x8″ pad (available only in Frank’s collections)! Look for an extra special touch of foil on the 12×12 papers.

Embellishments

Embellishments in the Dulce line are to-die-for! From gorgeous candy-colored metal charms to the soft pink silicone mould (with carousel horses and fancy treat shapes) Dulce will grab your fancy and take you on a ride you’ll never want to stop!

Flowers

Prima’s Dulce flowers are exquisitely designed, carefully hand-crafted, and fresh and fun in sweet pastels!

Projects

Dulce has got to be one of my favorite collections I have designed. I love everything pretty, and this collection just brings together some of my favorite things! Cotton Candy, Carnival and beautiful flowers! I made this sweet album to document a fun day at the amusement park. I used the gorgeous mould, flowers and the collection to put together this sweet album.

Hello Hello! Seeing Dulce new collection made me instantly think of childhood, innocence and happiness. and this is exactly what I was trying to capture in my mixed media canvas I created here. In the photo, my sweet Noam, with a twirly dress, happy and careless. I wish she will stay like this forever. This new Prima collection Dulce by Frank Garcia is just adorable, he never cease to amaze me with his STUNNING collections! This collection is simply magical, whimsical and so pretty filled with a beautiful palette of soft colours. I love all the pink, blue and yellow tones. I have created this Carousel with the help of my Silhouette (design ID 208127 if you wish to make your own). I have added the cute Julie Nutting doll stamps Shelly and Toby. I have given Shelly a new hairstyle and dress using the Kaliani Merbaby and Abby stamps. Both the dolls have been dressed up in the pretty pattern papers from the collection. I have made some moulded embellishments featuring the sweet Dulce mould which I have painted with Finn‘s metallique and opal magic paints. The horses, ice-cream and donuts have all been dusted with glitter. Next I added the horses to the paper straws. I then added some mini art stones on the donuts to act as funfetti, I carefully painted them with opal magic paints. I adorned my Carousel with pretty die-cut bows, die-cut shapes, pins, chain, melange, fantasy pearls and the collections FABULOUS flowers. I have tucked all the ice-cream, cupcake and donut embellishments behind the flowers. – Tanya

Dulce Inspiration

Like beautiful, sweet confetti Dulce is a must-have on my list of collections! How perfect for baby showers, carnival outings, fairs and flea markets, a ride in the park, and children’s birthday parties (or adults!) Frank really outdid himself this time with Dulce!
