Shine Bright Like Jewel Paste

“I created this Blessed round canvas using flowers, transfers, and most importantly Jewel effect paste. I also decided to paint my resing flowers with the Blue Opals and added it through a stencil. To paint resin with these all you need is a nice base coat of paint or gesso and they turn out fabulous!” -Nicole

“If you like shiny, slightly rough structures, the jewel pastes are for you. And even if a bit of glitter is not what you love – I also recommend them to you. As you can see in my project, they are perfect for highlighting interesting details, for adding a little sparkle here and there. I used Tiger’s Eye Stones color and applied it through the stencil on the background, also the small black letters in the center of this design are jewel paste – Sparkling Onyx. The final touch is Crushed Crystals paste. I love that after drying it is transparent, leaving only shiny particles. I covered it with white wings and glass cabochons. This time from the bottom, I made embellishments that matched the project. You can try it with different colors!” -Kasia

“Today I am sharing a canvas I created using a mix of Finnabair’s Jewel Effect Paste. From creating backgrounds, to adding sparkly finishing touches Jewel paste is a must-have! For this canvas, I started by creating my background Jewel Paste through a stencil and painter’s tape. Next, I added lots of layers of moulds and flowers. Finally a last bit of sparkle with a bit more Jewel Paste. I just love the amazing sparkly texture that Jewel Paste creates!” -Lanette
